First off my idea for rewards:
A New Power Armor
The AI when you clean everything up will state that the Vault had issued an experimental armor, that it can download itself into, meaning while you wear it (when off, it will download into your pipboy untill you put it back on or return home) it will say funny things like "Master this does not seem likea wise idea" to maybe evening disabling all robots in the area (it jumps into another robot and takes over)
A new Weapon
Same reward idea, only the AI decides to give you the experimental blaster
New Enemies
New robotic enemies, maybe from a building nearby that helped make the vault
