Almost all of the changes and fixes once included from this patch/mod are now included from Killap's unofficial patch. Killap's patch has proven to be more stable than Seraph's patch. There are only a few ideas from this patch that remain in the MIB88 Megamod, the most notable being:
- The ability to give Cassidy hard drugs if he has heart pills in his inventory.
- Stocked Brotherhood of Steel bunkers.
