A Total conversion mod of F2 to F1, this has many benfits, such as easier modding; the take all button etc. I expect to see lots of F1 in F2 mods now :)
Installation (sorry direct RU link are not allowed, you will need to add http:// to the links, and copy the into the address bar:
1) Download] the mod, extract to FO2 directory.
2) Start fallout2\data\ssl\compile.bat
3) Download the patch, found at jordan631.narod.ru/patch_1.rar extract to FO2 directory
4) Download the English localisation, found at jordan631.narod.ru/TEXT.rar extract to FO2 directory
5) Un-mark the proto folder from read-only, confirm, then remark it as read only (paranoid precaution against weird winrar problem with file properties)
